A new starting point for continuous quality improvement of training services

Sistemi Formativi Confindustria Umbria (SFCU) has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, the international reference standard for quality management systems. A recognition that attests to the reliability of the organization, the soundness of its processes and the constant orientation to the satisfaction of companies in the Umbrian territory and the recipients of training activities.

ISO 9001:2015 certification is not a point of arrival, but a starting point: a solid base from which to build momentum to consolidate a steady path of organizational and procedural improvement, with the goal of making the organization increasingly effective, structured and streamlined.

This path of growth and innovation is part of a vision that has been underway for some time. In 2018, SFCU created Umbria Business School, the School of Higher Management Education that has brought to Umbria high-level training courses and learning experiences developed in collaboration with some of the most prestigious international business schools and universities, including the UCL School of Management.

Through this recognition, SFCU reaffirms its commitment to ensuring high value-added training services, based on clear, monitorable and continuous improvement-oriented processes, with the aim of responding more and more effectively to the needs of local businesses and the challenges of competitiveness.
