Overview
The course “The Theater of Public Speaking – Communicating with Empathy, Improvisation and Sense of Humor” is an experiential training course that integrates theatrical techniques, improvisation and storytelling to develop more authentic, effective and engaging public communication.
The goal is to enhance participants’ ability to communicate with empathy, manage stage presence and voice as relational tools, react confidently to the unexpected and create a lasting emotional connection with the audience or interlocutor.

Max Paiella. Actor, performer and theater trainer, he is an expert in stage communication, improvisation and comedy applied to public speaking.
He is a daily star on Radio2’s program “The Rabbit Roar,” where he practices improvisation techniques, comic timing and the use of irony as communication tools.
In his training work, he combines theatrical and radio artistic experience with experiential teaching methodologies, helping participants develop stage presence, listening, authenticity and communicative effectiveness, both in public and professional settings.
