Overview

The course provides the methodological foundations, tools, and technical and interpersonal skills needed to effectively initiate, plan, execute, control, and close a project.

The course covers the entire project life cycle, consistent with UNI ISO 21502 and international project management standards, offering a structured and proactive approach to managing resources, time, costs and risks.

The goal is to build a base of common language and shared methods, useful to both project managers and project team members, to improve coordination, understanding of the organizational context and overall project effectiveness.

Docenti

Elisabetta Roviglioni. Civil engineer, graduate of the University of Perugia, AICQ SICEV certified project manager under UNI 11648. She is an accredited lecturer in Project Management and ISIPM (Italian Institute of Project Management) delegate for the Umbria Region.

He serves as project manager in complex contexts, including the multidisciplinary task force of the Lazio Region on the PNRR. He has gained solid academic experience as an adjunct lecturer at the Universities of Bologna and Perugia.

She is the author of scientific publications and a technical volume on the role of the Director of Works, a member of scientific committees, ministerial working groups, and a speaker at conferences and professional refresher courses. She has held prominent institutional positions within the Terni Order of Engineers and is part of the CNI Engineers Network.
