Overview

The course aims to clarify the fundamental concepts of a new leadership model, compatible with the complexity and volatility of the markets and context of our years, with generations of managers bringing different perspectives to the company, and with the needs of Italian family businesses, which are often squeezed between the need to evolve strategy and organization and the desire not to lose their identity (and with it not to lose the role of the entrepreneurial family).

The slant of the course will combine inspiration, derived from the lecturer’s 30 years of experience and reflections, with a practical and applied register that will ensure immediate return to one’s work context.
