Description
The course Agentic AI: Automated Workflows and Autonomous Agents for SMEs is an advanced course designed to walk companies through the evolution from traditional automation to the adoption of AI Agents capable of making operational decisions, under human control.
The course delves into the transition from linear workflows to autonomous agents, introducing the concept of the “virtual employee,” in which AI, RPA, and BPM work together to manage complex, high-impact processes. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the technical architecture of AI Agents and the logic and governance models required for safe, responsible and sustainable use.
Through structured workshops, the course guides the design of a real-world pilot project, from defining the goal to measuring the economics, and transitioning from prototype to production use. The goal is to provide concrete tools to evaluate, design, and govern AI Agents that generate measurable and scalable value over time.
