Overview
The course aims to equip participants with the skills needed to effectively use generative AI tools, such as Claude and Perplexity, to support administrative and financial activities.
Through a practical, hands-on approach, participants will learn how to review contracts, memos, regulatory documents, company procedures, tax and HR documentation, as well as administrative and accounting reports and statements, quickly identifying relevant information, obligations, deadlines, and critical issues.
The program will also enable participants to conduct regulatory and tax research based on up-to-date and verifiable sources, prepare reports, operational summaries, and professional communications more quickly and accurately, and integrate AI into daily administrative and control processes.

She has authored numerous publications: “Marketing SelfHelp—Ideas and Practical Tips for Small Businesses and Professionals” (2009), “Low-Cost Communication—From Business Cards to the Web” (2010), “Pricing—Setting Prices” (2012), the first popular book in Italian on pricing, “Cash Flow Management—How to Forecast and Manage Cash Flow for Business Financial Stability” (2014), “Effective Quotes – How to Turn Offers into Orders” (2015), “Pricing – How to Manage Price Increases” (with A. Silva).
