Kicking off on Feb. 5, 2026 will be the second edition of “Communicating as a Leader: strategies to inspire and motivate your work team,” a training day dedicated to managers, team leaders and professionals who wish to strengthen their communication and interpersonal skills within business contexts.
The 8-hour course will guide participants in exploring the basics of effective communication and offer concrete tools for using communication to generate trust, strengthen collaboration and stimulate motivation within work groups. During the day, the fundamentals of communicating clearly and engagingly through the conscious use of verbal and nonverbal language will be addressed. Participants will learn how to make their messages more impactful, ask questions that steer conversations toward concrete results, listen with genuine attention and empathy, and how to build stronger professional relationships through body language as well.
Leading the course will be Anna Tagliapietra, a consultant and trainer with extensive experience in marketing, strategic communication and business process improvement according to Lean Six Sigma principles. Anna Tagliapietra works with large industries and SMEs, and is a lecturer in areas such as public speaking, body language sales techniques and effective learning.
During the training, ample space will be reserved for practical exercises to encourage immediate application of the tools learned. Participants will be accompanied in a work of awareness and development of their interpersonal skills, with the goal of becoming more authoritative, empathetic and effective leaders in managing teams.
