Overview
In the organizational context, feedback between colleagues and co-workers is often perceived as a critical, sensitive or even avoidable moment. This happens because feedback is traditionally associated with judging what has already happened, often focused on error and negative evaluation, rather than on people’s development.
The course proposes a paradigm shift, introducing the concept of feedforward, as developed in management by Marshall Goldsmith: an approach that shifts the focus from past to future, from evaluation to improvement, from judgment to proposal.
Feedforward thus becomes a tool for mutual growth, capable of nurturing individual potential, strengthening professional relationships and fostering an organizational culture geared toward continuous learning, shared responsibility and trust.
