Overview
Critical issues and difficult times are increasingly the order of the day in companies. This requires knowing how to deal with change, adversity and potential crises by knowing how to pick up on weak signals. The course provides strategies for how best to manage and communicate when faced with situations that compromise the smooth running of work, strengthening confidence and turning crises into opportunities.

Bruno Mastroianni. Philosopher, journalist, communication consultant. Trainer in companies and universities on the management of discussions, conflicts and crisis communication (www.brunomastro.it). Teaches Theory and Practice of Digital Argumentation at the University of Padua, where he also coordinates the workshop “The Gymnasium of Debate.” He has written “The Happy Dispute” and “Arguing is Learning.”
Giuseppe Cioffi. Engineer and business executive with over thirty years. of service in top positions of Italian and foreign multinationals. He has held institutional and associational positions, including President of ITS Umbria Academy (2016-2023), President of the Chemists Group of Confindustria Umbria and Technical Scientific Manager of the TURN Project – Urban Regeneration. He has gained deep experience in managing complex contexts, organizational transformations and moments of strong discontinuity.
