Overview

The advanced “AI & Marketing” course is designed for those who want to take an extra step: to move from using individual AI tools to building real intelligent workflows.

During the day, participants will learn how to:

  • Create multi-format content (text, images, video) from a single brief.
  • Using AI to tailor campaigns and messages to different customer segments.
  • Apply predictive models to understand which customers are most valuable and how to reduce the risk of abandonment.
  • Experiment with advanced tools such as customized chatbots and AI agents that can automate complex tasks.

At the end of the day, each participant will have created a mini-kit of materials (content, prompts, and an AI agent prototype) to use directly in their own work context.
