Maya Cara is Associate Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the UCL School of Management. She began her career in the field of strategy for international organizations and subsequently taught at several business schools. She holds a PhD in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from London Business School and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Her academic interests focus primarily on strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Her teaching methodology is highly interactive, integrating practical exercises and real-world business scenarios. With a great passion for strategic consulting, Maya has also founded her own start-ups, experiencing first-hand the challenges and rewards of launching a new business.

She has been recognized several times for her academic and teaching contributions, receiving awards and mentions for the impact of her work in teaching, research, and institutional engagement.
