{"id":3387,"date":"2026-01-12T09:06:33","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T09:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/registration-is-open-for-the-third-edition-of-the-course-from-costing-to-pricing\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T09:06:33","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T09:06:33","slug":"registration-is-open-for-the-third-edition-of-the-course-from-costing-to-pricing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/en\/registration-is-open-for-the-third-edition-of-the-course-from-costing-to-pricing\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration is open for the third edition of the course &#8220;From Costing to Pricing&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Providing a critical understanding of <em>full costing<\/em> and developing practical skills to optimize profits through strategic management of product contribution margins: this is the objective of the <strong>third edition<\/strong> of the course organized by Umbria Business School, entitled <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/corso\/dal-costing-al-pricing-strumenti-per-la-gestione-del-prezzo-e-del-margine\/\"><strong>&#8220;From Costing to Pricing: tools for price and margin management.&#8221;<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The course will be taught by <strong>Cristina Mariani<\/strong>, founder of Allinea, an adjunct professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, a business consultant and lecturer, editorial director of the <em>&#8220;Impresa Diretta&#8221;<\/em> series for Franco Angeli and author of numerous books on pricing, cost analysis and cash flow control.<\/p>\n<p>The classes will be held remotely on <strong>Feb. 20 and 27 and March 6, 2026<\/strong>, for a duration of <strong>4 hours each<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the course, participants will gain knowledge and useful tools to distinguish and correctly apply different costing methods, understand their limitations, particularly those of <em>full costing<\/em>, and develop <strong>flexible and adaptable pricing<\/strong> strategies. Topics such as the impact of <strong>fixed costs on pricing,<\/strong> <strong>product margin<\/strong> differentiation, and <strong>strategic analysis aimed at profit maximization<\/strong> will be explored. <\/p>\n<p>The training will adopt a <strong>theoretical-practical<\/strong> approach, with case study analysis and exercises on calculations and interpretations of costs and financial indicators.
