{"id":3083,"date":"2025-01-29T16:26:32","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T16:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/the-new-executive-education-offering-is-online\/"},"modified":"2025-01-29T16:26:32","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T16:26:32","slug":"the-new-executive-education-offering-is-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/en\/the-new-executive-education-offering-is-online\/","title":{"rendered":"The new executive education offering is online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our new educational offerings , with executive courses and innovative pathways designed to respond to the changes that are transforming the world of work and organizations, is online.<\/p>\n<p>Among the major changes in 2025 is that the educational offerings were developed with the support of the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/advisory-board\/\">Advisory Board<\/a> <\/strong>and in line with the principles of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umbriaschool.it\/carta-dei-valori\/\">Charter of Values<\/a><\/strong> of the School.<\/p>\n<p>The first event, scheduled for <strong>Friday, March 14<\/strong>, is the course <strong>\u201cGeneration Z in Business: Recruitment, Onboarding and Retention Strategies,\u201d<\/strong> led by <strong>Virginia Stagni<\/strong>, the youngest manager in the history of the Financial Times and current Chief Marketing Officer of Adecco.<\/p>\n<p>This will be followed by the course <strong>\u201cData Science and Artificial Intelligence for Finance,\u201d<\/strong> taught by <strong>Donatella Taurasi<\/strong>, who directly from the<strong> Berkeley &#8211; Haas School of Business<\/strong>, <strong>University of California<\/strong>, will be in Umbria next on <strong>March 28, 2025 <\/strong>, to provide practical tools to understand how <strong>Data Science and AI<\/strong> are revolutionizing financial management, improving business strategies and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Other scheduled courses include <strong>\u201cBuilding Trust: a New Approach to Relationships in Organizations\u201d <\/strong>with <strong>Stefano Isacchi<\/strong>, Director of <strong>Rondine Cittadella della<\/strong> <strong>Pace<\/strong>; <strong>\u201cThe Ethics of Decision Making: When Philosophy, Management and AI Meet,\u201d<\/strong> led by <strong>Guido Baggio<\/strong>, Associate Professor at Roma Tre University; and <strong>\u201cAdvanced Public Speaking Techniques with Media Training\u201d<\/strong> in collaboration with RAI School of Journalism.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the course \u201c<strong>Innovating with creativity: methods, tools and strategies\u201d <\/strong>with<strong> Simone Budini<\/strong>, Project Leader of CeSID (Center on Sustainability, Inclusion and Digitization) of Luiss Business School and <strong>\u201cCommunicating as a Leader: strategies to inspire and motivate the work team,\u201d<\/strong> with <strong>Anna Tagliapietra<\/strong> expert in Lean Six Sigma and communication.<\/p>\n<p>One of the flagship tracks in the 2025 offering is <strong>\u201cChange Management: Winning Energies and Strategies,\u201d<\/strong> an exclusive training experience created in <strong>partnership with Bologna Business<\/strong> School, one of Italy&#8217;s most prestigious business schools.<\/p>\n<p>For those involved in sales and negotiation, the course <strong>, \u201cPreparing for Sales Negotiation: Recognizing and Overcoming Buyer Tactics,\u201d<\/strong> will provide practical tools to deal successfully with sales negotiations. The course will be led by <strong>Cristina Mariani<\/strong>, Adjunct Professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and Editorial Director of the Impresa Diretta series for Franco Angeli.
